The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, delivering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates across temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs and features programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
