The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise clocking in noisy environments. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device supports LVDS signaling, a 3.3 V supply, and a pull range of ±150 ppm, integrating on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO and using DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
