The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, a typical RMS phase jitter of 0.225 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and provides programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling formats.
