The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It features a phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It includes integrated power supply noise filtering, eliminating the need for an external LDO, and supports programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
