The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring a ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and support for LVDS signaling in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package. It operates from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO.
