It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for enhanced resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
