The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device features a typical phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports extended industrial temperature operation from -40°C to 105°C, integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise, and offers pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The part is factory programmable for frequency, voltage, signaling, and pull range, and supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling types.
