It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and support for operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and supports pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm, with signaling options including LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL.
