The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it includes integrated power supply noise filtering and supports programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The device operates with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V, and provides LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL output signaling.
