The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, available in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, a typical phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supports industrial temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and provides programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling standards.
