The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It features ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supports pull ranges up to ±200 ppm. Available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C with supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
