The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. It offers programmable output signaling (LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL), supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V, and programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
