The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise clocking in noisy environments. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device features ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. It integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO and uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
