The SiT2044B is a 1 to 110 MHz LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible oscillator in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 x 2.8 mm, designed for high-reliability applications. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm over temperature and aging, and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use with operating temperatures up to ±125°C. It has an acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g and complies with RoHS, REACH, and is Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free. The output is LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible with a 45-55% duty cycle, and rise/fall times of 1.3-2.5 ns at 1.8 V or 1.5-3 ns at higher voltages. A 0.1 µF decoupling capacitor between Vdd and GND is required.
