The SiT2044B is a 1 MHz to 110 MHz LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible oscillator in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 x 2.8 mm, designed for high-reliability applications requiring excellent frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. It operates over temperature ranges up to -55°C to +125°C with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification, supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free, with a startup time of 5.5 ms maximum and standby current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V.
