The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade oscillators compliant with AEC-Q100, housed in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 x 2.8 mm. It operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and supports frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. The device operates on supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V, and provides LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output. It features a G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Pin configurations include an optional output enable function, and a 0.1 µF decoupling capacitor is required between Vdd and GND.
