The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade oscillator compliant with AEC-Q100, designed for high-reliability applications in extreme temperature environments. It is packaged in a 5-pin SOT23-5 measuring 2.9 × 2.8 mm and supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and a typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V. It features an LVCMOS/LVTTL output, industry-best G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, and is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free compliant.
