The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade oscillator compliant with AEC-Q100, designed for high-reliability applications in extreme temperature environments. It is available in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 mm × 2.8 mm. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, operates over extended temperature ranges up to -55°C to 125°C, and offers frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. It features a LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output, typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V, and industry-leading G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. The oscillator is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no Pb, halogen, or antimony.
