The SiT2002B is a high-frequency, single-chip SOT23-5 oscillator offering frequencies between 115 MHz and 137 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 PPM over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It operates from supply voltages of 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consuming 4.9 mA typical at 1.8 V and 125 MHz. The output is LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible with a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 mm x 2.8 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no Pb, halogens, or antimony. Timing performance includes RMS period jitter of 1.9 ps to 3 ps at 125 MHz and 1.8 V. Start-up time is up to 5 ms and enable/disable time is up to 130 ns. It supports OE and ST control pins and requires a 0.1 µF decoupling capacitor between Vdd and GND.
