The SiT1618B is a standard frequency, high temperature oscillator offering 33 fixed frequencies between 7.3728 MHz and 48 MHz, with LVCMOS/LVTTL output and supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V. It operates from -40°C to 125°C ambient, with ±20 ppm frequency stability inclusive of initial tolerance, aging, temperature, and supply variations. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V and 20 MHz. Available in industry-standard packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Compliant with RoHS, REACH, and the environmental tests MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C.
