The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. It consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, features a 5 ms startup time, and includes standby mode with current as low as 0.6 μA. The oscillator is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free. Electrical specifications are guaranteed over temperature and voltage, with output rise/fall times under 2.7 ns, duty cycle of 45-55%, and jitter under 3.3 ps RMS. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 at 260°C environmental standards.
