The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs. It operates over a frequency range of 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consuming 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V with a 5 ms startup time. It is offered in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The part includes standby mode for reduced power consumption and complies with RoHS, REACH, and is Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free.
