The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 fixed frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, with LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible output. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. It features a 5 ms startup time, standby mode with sub-5 µA current, and ±20 ppm frequency stability inclusive of aging and temperature variation. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no lead, halogen, or antimony. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz XOs and supports OE and ST control functions.
