The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency MEMS oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators. It operates over a frequency range of 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. The device is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and includes a standby mode with current draw as low as 0.6 µA. Startup time is 5 ms, and the output meets LVCMOS timing specifications with rise/fall times up to 2.7 ns. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 solderability standards.
