The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a 100% pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It supports 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and has a typical current consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V, features a 5 ms startup time, and includes standby mode with current as low as 0.6 μA. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free. Frequency stability is specified as ±20 ppm over temperature, supply voltage, and aging.
