The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. The device offers typical current consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V and includes standby mode for reduced power. It features a fast startup time of 5 ms, frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, and is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
