SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators. It is available in industry-standard packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. It features standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA, a startup time of 5 ms, and frequency stability of ±20 ppm across voltage and temperature. The supply voltage range is 1.62 V to 3.63 V. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards.
