SiT1602BI-22-28S-4.000000 is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It supports a frequency of 4.000000 MHz and operates over a supply voltage range of 2.52 V to 3.08 V. The device is available in a 2.5 x 2.0 mm surface-mount package, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and maintains frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It features a 5 ms startup time, standby mode with current as low as 1.3 µA, and complies with RoHS, REACH, and is Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free. Standby and output enable functions support battery-powered applications.
