The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 fixed frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, with LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible output. It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm. It supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. Standby current is as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. Startup time is 5 ms, and it includes an OE/ST pin for output enable and standby mode control. The oscillator is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no lead, halogen, or antimony. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 solderability standards.
