The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard-frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS-compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V, with standby current as low as 0.6 μA. Startup time is 5 ms, and it includes an OE/ST pin for output enable and standby mode. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
