The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs. It supports 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and accepts a supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Typical current consumption is 3.5 mA at 1.8 V with no load. It features a 5 ms startup time, standby mode with low power consumption, and is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
