The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator offering 52 frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz with ±20 ppm frequency stability over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and features a 5 ms startup time with LVCMOS/HCMOS output. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it supports standby mode for reduced power consumption and complies with RoHS, REACH, and is Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
