The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V and offers 52 standard frequencies between 3.57 MHz and 77.76 MHz. The oscillator has a typical current consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V and a startup time of 5 ms. It supports industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm. Package options include 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
