The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm, a 5 ms startup time, and includes standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. It meets RoHS, REACH, and MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 specifications.
