The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs. It operates across a frequency range of 3.57 MHz to 77.76 MHz, with industry-standard package sizes including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V.
