The SiT1602B is a low-power, standard frequency oscillator with LVCMOS/HCMOS output, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators. It operates from -40°C to 85°C and supports supply voltages from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and a fast startup time of 5 ms. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it includes standby mode for reduced power consumption.
