The SIT1579 is a 1.2 mm² ultralow-power oscillator with a programmable output frequency range from 1 Hz to 2.5 MHz, housed in a 1.5 × 0.8 mm CSP package. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and consumes 6 µA at 100 kHz. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm over the entire temperature range, including aging, voltage, and load variations. Integrated phase jitter is 3.5 ns RMS for frequencies above 1 kHz, with RMS period jitter of 2.2 to 4.5 ns RMS at 100 kHz per JEDEC 65B. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C (I-code) and -20°C to +70°C (C-code). The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, requires no external bypass capacitor, and features LVCMOS output with 45-55% duty cycle and 9-20 ns rise/fall times. Start-up time is up to 500 ms at 1 Hz. This part is factory-programmed but shares all key specs with the SIT1579 series.
