The SiT1576 series is a family of ultra-small, ultra-low power temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) with a 1 Hz to 2.5 MHz output frequency range, fabricated using SiTime's MEMS First and EpiSeal processes. It features a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package (CSP) with a 1.2 mm² footprint and requires no external bypass capacitor. The device operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, consumes 6 µA at 100 kHz, and offers all-inclusive frequency stability of ±5 ppm or ±20 ppm depending on the stability code, with ±1 ppm first-year aging at 25°C. Integrated phase jitter is 2 to 3.5 ns¹¹ms over 100 Hz to FOUT/2, and period jitter is 2.2 to 4.5 ns¹¹ms per JEDEC 65B. It supports extended temperature ranges of −20°C to 70°C or −40°C to 85°C, is RoHS and REACH compliant, and is PFAS-free with the 'P' ordering code.
