The SiT1576 is a 1.2 mm² ultra-low power, factory-programmable temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) with an output frequency range of 1 Hz to 2.5 MHz, housed in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package (CSP). It offers ±5 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability over temperature, supply voltage, and aging, with integrated VDD filtering eliminating the need for external bypass capacitors. Supply current is 6 µA at 100 kHz and operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V. Temperature ranges are -20°C to 70°C or -40°C to 85°C depending on ordering code, with integrated phase jitter of 2 to 3.5 ns RMS and period jitter of 2.2 to 4.5 ns RMS. The device is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and PFAS-free options are available. Start-up time is 150 to 500 ms depending on frequency.
