The SiT1569 is a µPower, ultra-small oscillator with a factory-programmable frequency range from 1 Hz to 462.5 kHz and ±50 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability over temperature, supply voltage, and aging. It operates from 1.8 V to 3.3 V with a supply current of 3.3 µA at 100 kHz and features an LVCMOS output. The device is packaged in a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm CSP with a maximum height of 0.6 mm and requires no external bypass capacitors. It supports commercial and industrial temperature ranges of -20°C to 70°C and -40°C to 85°C, respectively, and is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant with a PFAS-free option available. The RMS period jitter is 4 to 8.5 ns at 100 kHz per JEDEC JESD65B.
