The TS9004ISN16 is a low-voltage, micropower quad analog comparator designed for single or dual supply applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of +2.5V to +11V for single supplies and ¬±1.25V to ¬±5.5V for dual supplies. The device features an ultra-low quiescent current of 5.1OºA maximum, making it suitable for battery-powered systems. It has a propagation delay of 7Oºs and provides TTL/CMOS-compatible push-pull outputs. The TS9004 includes an internal voltage reference of 1.182V ¬±1% and can handle input voltages from the negative supply rail up to 1.3V below the positive supply.
