The Si7201 is a Hall effect magnetic sensor switch designed for position sensing in battery-powered applications, offering omnipolar operation with a maximum operating point of <1.1 mT. It is available in a 3-pin SOT-23 package with a power supply range of 1.71 to 5.5 V and includes integrated digital signal processing for temperature and offset drift compensation.
