The SI5345B-B06280-GM is a highly versatile clock generator and jitter attenuator that supports a wide range of applications, including OTN muxponders, networking line cards, and synchronous Ethernet systems. It features a low jitter performance of 90 fs rms and can generate any combination of output frequencies from an input frequency, with an output frequency range of 100 Hz to 1028 MHz for differential outputs and up to 250 MHz for LVCMOS outputs. This device supports input frequencies from 8 kHz to 750 MHz for differential signals and 8 kHz to 250 MHz for LVCMOS signals. It includes programmable jitter attenuation bandwidth, hitless input clock switching, and multiple operational modes such as free-run and holdover. The device is configurable via a serial interface (I¬=C or SPI) and includes in-circuit programmable non-volatile memory for easy setup. The SI5345B is housed in a 64-QFN package and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +85 ¬8C, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
