The SI5345B-B03490-GMR is a highly versatile clock generator and jitter attenuator that supports a wide range of applications, including OTN muxponders, networking line cards, and synchronous Ethernet systems. It features four input clocks and can generate up to ten output clocks with output frequencies ranging from 100 Hz to 1028 MHz for differential signals and up to 250 MHz for LVCMOS signals. The device boasts ultra-low jitter performance of 90 fs rms and is capable of handling input frequencies from 8 kHz to 750 MHz for differential inputs and up to 250 MHz for LVCMOS inputs. This product includes programmable jitter attenuation bandwidth, allowing for optimization based on specific application requirements. It supports various output formats, including LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS, CML, and HCSL, with programmable signal amplitude. The device is programmable via a serial interface (I2C or SPI) and features in-circuit programmable non-volatile memory, ensuring it powers up with a known frequency configuration.
