Silicon Labs' embedded Intel x86 clock generators support a wide variety of chipsets and processors. They provide all the necessary clock generation for the CPU, memory controller (chipset north bridge), I/O controller (chipset south bridge) as well as exceed the latest timing requirements for industry standards such as PCI Express, SATA, USB, LAN, and legacy PCI. The CY28xxx devices are ideal for switch routers, WAN and multi-function products.
