The SSG5085A is a 9 kHz to 20 GHz RF signal generator with 0.001 Hz frequency resolution, a level setting range of -130 dBm to 25 dBm, and phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz with a 20 kHz offset (typical). It supports AM, FM, PM, and pulse modulation, and includes a 5-inch TFT capacitive touch screen, USB Host, USB Device (USB TMC), and LAN interfaces with optional GPIB. The instrument features an OCXO reference for high stability and can be remotely controlled via a web browser.
