The SDG1062X is a dual-channel function/arbitrary waveform generator with a 60 MHz bandwidth, 150 MSa/s sampling rate, and 14-bit vertical resolution. It features EasyPulse technology for low-jitter pulse generation and a dedicated square wave circuit capable of 60 MHz output with jitter less than 300 ps + 0.05 ppm of period. Maximum amplitude is 20 Vpp up to 10 MHz, with total harmonic distortion below 0.075% at 0 dBm. It includes modulation, sweep, burst, and harmonics generation functions, and has a 4.3-inch TFT-LCD display. Standard interfaces are USB Host, USB Device (USBTMC), and LAN (VXI-11). The unit measures 260.3 mm × 107.2 mm × 295.7 mm and weighs 3.43 kg net. It operates from 100-240 Vrms and complies with IEC 61010-1:2010 and EN61326-1:2013.
