Sensata Technologies Reed Relays SAR92405U

The SAR92405U is a high voltage reed relay with 5kV isolation between contacts and 5kV isolation between contacts and coil, designed for high voltage ATE applications in a compact 30mm package. It features Rhodium contacts for low contact resistance, a 24V DC coil, and switching ratings of 20V DC and 0.5A DC at up to 10W. The relay has a maximum carry current of 1.5A DC, contact resistance of 80 mΩ max, and operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. It is UL approved for pollution degree 2 and has a weight of 3.1 g. All variants in the S(UL) series share the same footprint, contact material, and insulation performance.
