Semtech offers a portfolio of fully integrated Silicon Germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS and pure CMOS laser drivers for edge emitting laser, VCSEL and LED drive applications. The drivers range from 125 Mbps to 14.3 Gbps and beyond. Applications include Ethernet, Fiber Channel, SONET/SDH and burst mode drivers for PON/FTTH.
