SKM400GB12T4 is a dual N-channel IGBT module with a 1200 V blocking voltage and a nominal collector current of 400 A, designed for switching frequencies up to 20 kHz in applications such as AC inverter drives, UPS, and electronic welders. It features a SEMITRANS® 3 package with an isolated copper baseplate using DBC technology, an integrated gate resistor, and a case temperature limit of 125°C max. The module measures 325 g and includes M6 mounting holes for heat sink and terminal connections. IGBT and diode characteristics are rated for junction temperatures up to 175°C, with a gate-emitter voltage range of -20 to +20 V. The device meets UL 94 V-0 and is UL recognized under file number E63532.
